Climate Protectors Handbook
Did you know? Due to climate change, over 100,000 species are at risk of extinction.
There are many factors contributing to Earth's climate change. Among them, scientists have stated that human activities over the past 50 to 100 years have been the main reason for the increase in Earth's temperature.
Human activities, such as operating coal plants, burning fields, emissions from motor vehicles, and smoke from industrial operations, have adversely affected greenhouses. These activities have increased the amount of carbon dioxide, resulting in a rise in the Earth's temperature. These changes in elements have a combined effect on Earth's climate. In other words, climate change functions as a large, interconnected system on Earth.
To better understand this, let's study the impact of climate change in Nepal. The publication is available in Nepali.
