This report provides an overview of food systems and explores the concept of food systems transformation. It includes an analysis of food systems in Nepal, drawing on available data and sources. The report concludes with insights from stakeholders on transforming food systems in Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, based on interviews conducted with official at provincial and municipal levels.
