This field of action supports municipality and province level stakeholders to create an enabling environment for climate resilient value chain development. The public, private and cooperative sectors as well as civil society stakeholders are supported in identifying joint development goals through dialogues. Participatory processes feed into climate sensitive planning and investments. The municipalities, and their economic ecosystem actors, are assisted to deliver an efficient and effective needs-based support for private sector engagement.
