With the support of #GRAPE and Himalayan University Consortium, ICIMOD organized a 5-day Advanced-Level Data Training and Writeshop for students and young professionals from June 6-10, 2024. The training aimed at enhancing the data analysis and writing skills of the participants, focusing on advanced techniques and methodologies.

The participants were encouraged to collaborate and share relevant knowledge helping them create strong research outputs that support sustainable development and environmental conservation in the Hindu Kush Himalayan region. The event saw the active presence of organizations like The Global Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies (GIIS), Agriculture and Forestry Ministry (AFU), Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) and Center for Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research, Extension and Development (CEAPRED).
