As part of the GRAPE Project, General Leadership Training for the members of the Women's Academy for Leadership was recently organized and facilitated by a partner organization, FCA. Ms. Sarita Dahal, GESI Specialist at USAID Nepal led the session on self-awareness for leadership, transformative leadership, negotiation skills, intervision model & its methods. This training serves not just as an opportunity for women to enhance their leadership capabilities but create a supportive environment for more equitable and inclusive participation in various sectors.
