The Women’s Academy for Leadership, implemented by FCA under the GRAPE Project, consists of three academies: one at the federal level, one in Sudurpaschim, and another in the Karnali province. Recently, a capacity development and learning-sharing workshop was held in Surkhet, attended by participants from both Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. 

An exposure visit was organized to facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing among the members. Members of the Women’s Academy for Leadership (WAL) Sudurpaschim visited Bheriganga 11, Sadhikhola, and the Organic Valley, while members from Karnali province visited Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan Ward 11, Ranjita Tole, and Godawari Municipality Ward 8, Phakalpur, for inter-province educational purposes. #GRAPE partner organizations, CEAPRED and Li-BIRD facilitated the event.
